Mark Clemens - President & CEO, has been with Monfort for over 25 years. Marks initial experience was gained in the consumer electronics industry where he worked for several years. Mark has obtained a number of industry certifications during his tenure with Monfort and is responsible for overall management of the firm and servicing key accounts throughout the territory. He is a former member of the NSCA Expo Committee and currently serves on Rep Councils for a number of our principals. Email Mark

Pete Blodgett - Regional Manager, has over 10 years of experience in the industry. He comes to us from a systems integrator with a strong background in all aspects of a project - from the design, sale, project management and the installation. He is versed in CCTV, Access Control, Communications and Networking - which makes him a perfect fit for all of our principal's product offerings. Pete is responsible for servicing accounts in western Michigan and northern Indiana. Email Pete

Damon Nowotniak - Regional Manager, is the newest member of the Monfort team. He comes to us with 14 years of experience as a sales and management professional in the communication, data/networking and security industries. His background in sales, design, project management, and general electronics will allow Damon to quickly adapt in supporting our product base. Damon is responsible for servicing accounts in central and eastern Ohio, western Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Email Damon

Carolyn (Twig) Clemens - Corporate Secretary, handles all company payables and invoicing via Quicken and all sales/commission tracking via RPMS.

Vince Veneziale - Vice President, grew up around the family owned business, Torrence Sound in Toledo, OH and ultimately became a partner with his father Joe at Tech Rep Sales. Vince assisted Joe with servicing accounts in northwestern Ohio and Michigan prior to merging with Monfort in 2000. Vince continues to support accounts in northwest Ohio and eastern Michigan. Lois Miller - Office Manager, has been with Monfort for 23 years and is responsible for the administrative and inside sales functions of the company. She is a customer service professional and well respected by our customers and principals. She is the liaison between customers and principals on day to day matters. She has also attended a variety of manufacturers training schools and is able to assist in equipment selection, system design and product applications. Email Lois
